You have 24 hours from delivery date to request a return or reprint. We encourage all customers to make informed purchasing decisions by carefully reviewing our product descriptions and sizing chart before making purchase.A) Non-custom t-shirts:Please note that all online purchases of our pre-designed t-shirts are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of these once the purchase is complete (unless we sent you the incorrect size, based off what you ordered). We appreciate your understanding and support of our products.B) Custom t-shirts:Because each custom designed t-shirt is made specifically for you, all sales of custom items are generally final. Please read the entire refund policy before placing your order. Custom designs cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:Change of mind / buyer's remorseOrdering the wrong size, color, or designNot liking the design after it has been reviewed by you, approved by you and printed by usC) Cancellations:Custom designed t-shirts- Changes or cancellations may only be requested before:We have both reviewed the drafted design and you approved it Production has started, after you reviewed and approved design, and printing beginsThe order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
